Church Belonging Study

How have you and your family experienced belonging at church?

Researchers at the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing are seeking Texas parents and caregivers of adolescents (ages 15–21) with disabilities, mental health conditions, and/or chronic illnesses to participate in a research study exploring church belonging. Whether your church has been a place of deep support or there's room to grow, we want to hear your story.

To participate, you must:
• Be a parent/caregiver of a 15–21-year-old with a disability, mental health condition, or chronic illness
• Live in Texas
• Currently attend a Christian church
