The Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing is a national leader in research, training, leadership, and service focused on the thriving of people with disabilities, their families, and communities.  

Our work is rooted in the conviction that we all flourish best together. Our Center equips schools, congregations, workplaces, and communities with the vision, resources, and practical tools they need to widen their welcome. 

We help families, schools, workplaces, and congregations embrace the presence and contributions of people with disabilities—ensuring that every community can become a place of mutual belonging.
