Baylor faculty are invited to gather with colleagues from across campus who are passionate about research, teaching, and service that impact the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. Join us for our next consortium meeting on April 24 from 3:30–5:00 p.m. in Draper 152.

This month’s meeting will feature a special interdisciplinary session, “The Religious Lives of Adults with Disabilities: Practices, Spiritual Beliefs, and Views of the Miraculous.” Drawing on data from the 2025 Baylor Religion Survey, faculty, staff, and doctoral students from sociology, education, and psychology will present findings from three national studies exploring the religious and spiritual lives of adults with disabilities. Presentations will be followed by time for discussion, engagement, and feedback. Following these sessions, the papers will be submitted for publication to leading journals in religion and sociology.
