Katie Windham

Katie Windham serves as Director of Operations for the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing, where she supports the systems, relationships, and resources that advance the Center’s mission. She brings nearly a decade of experience in higher education leadership, including operations, staff development, strategic planning, and community-building in a campus setting. Her work supports flourishing by developing and strengthening systems that foster collaboration and connection.
