Mindy Cook

Mindy Cook directs the Whole Body Project storytelling initiative for the Baylor Collaborative on Faith and Disability within the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing where she is focused on developing and sharing stories that inspire and resources that equip faith congregations to reimagine and pursue faithful life together.

She brings more than 15 years of professional experience spanning non-profit communications, marketing, and documentary filmmaking. Mindy spent the early years of her career in-house at several non-profit organizations then worked as a documentary cinematographer and an independent marketing consultant for non-profit organizations, churches, and small businesses before joining Baylor.

Mindy holds a B.A. in Communication from Regent University, is passionate about the intersection of storytelling and research, and deeply committed to upholding the dignity of everyone involved in the storytelling process.
